In this project, we were required to do a report on thermal comfort. Based on the project brief given, we were to do a site analysis based on the site we have chosen. Our site is my current location, Block D, Sunway Court Apartment, PJS 7/13 Bandar Sunway. We measured the dimension of the house, and also the materials used during the construction, as well as the finishes layers. On the other hand, we also allocated a Datalogger in my room so to record the temperature changes for 3 subsequent days.
PROJECT 1 - HUMAN PERCEPTION ON THERMAL COMFORT
After we finished the collection of data, we were to attend tutorial and start with our report. We spent lot of time in doing this as this was the first time we need to submit a full report on researches. Nonetheless, we had fun in doing this project andat the end of this project, i learnt the process of making report. Besides, I learnt how important thermal comfort to our human is. Also, I learnt to justify the building based on the materials and appearances which they are likely to affect the thermal comfort of the building.
